High resolution CMOS global shutter cameras

Preproduction
The SAPPHIRE series combines the highest resolutions at maximum frame speeds together with a superior image quality supporting your demanding inspection equipment. High image quality is guaranteed through factory calibrated camera uniformity corrections, multi-set Flat Field Corrections (FFC) for in-system non-uniformities and factory calibrated defect pixel corrections. The SAPPHIRE series simplifies system design through optimal thermal designs and tool matching support with repeatable cameras using the CoaXPress interface. SAPPHIRE cameras can be customized to meet your specific system application and architecture requirements.
