InAs TE Cooled
For applications demanding even greater thermal control and low-noise performance, Teledyne Judson’s TE-cooled InAs detectors are the ideal solution. With a 3.8 μm cut-off and photovoltaic operation, they deliver exceptional sensitivity for DC and low-frequency measurements – without the 1/f noise seen in photoconductive alternatives.
-
InSb Cryocooled
Our cryocooled InSb detectors engineered for cryogen-free operations deliver high-performance infrared detection in a compact, long-life package. With excellent sensitivity, and low noise, they are well-suited for mission-critical environments.
-
PC MCT LN2 Cooled
Our LN2-cooled PC MCT detectors (J15D) use liquid nitrogen to maintain a stable 77 K operating temperature, minimizing thermal background and maximizing sensitivity across the 1.0–22.0 μm range. These detectors are ideal for laboratory environments where ultra-low noise and consistent performance are critical.
-
PC MCT TE Cooled
Compact, thermoelectrically cooled MCT detectors offering broad spectral sensitivity and superior performance for mid-IR applications.
-
PV MCT LN2 Cooled
Optimized for low-noise performance, these detectors are LN₂-cooled to significantly reduce dark current and enhance detectivity. Ideal for demanding spectroscopy and thermal imaging applications, they feature high shunt resistance, low capacitance, and are available in various active area sizes and configurations.
-
PV MCT TE Cooled
Thermoelectrically cooled detectors offering high sensitivity, low noise, and fast response across a wide 2.8–5.0 μm spectral range. Available in one- to four-stage TE configurations, these sensors provide enhanced performance for applications requiring precision and stability.
-
T2SL Room Temperature
These uncooled Type-II Superlattice detectors provide stable mid-IR performance without the need for cryogenic or thermoelectric cooling. With tunable cutoff wavelengths and inherently low Auger recombination rates, they offer reduced dark current and are ideal for compact, low-power applications such as gas sensing, environmental monitoring, and portable spectroscopy.
